C.  Quick Support – We connect to your computer using GotoAssist.

D.  Unattended Support – We connect to your computer at any time using GotoAssist.

The above links will install remote connectivity software on your computer.

If you already have TeamViewer installed we simply need your TeamViewer PartnerID and password if we are connecting to you.  Or we will give you a MeetingID if you are connecting to us.
